Acceptable Use Policy

In accordance with the Terms of Use, Parxy reserves its right to suspend or terminate your access to Parxy's services, applications and websites for any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.

You agree not to use the Service:

for any personal, family, or household related purposes – the Service is for use in connection with your professional or workplace activities
in any way that violates any applicable national, federal, state, local or international law or regulation
to defame, disparage or otherwise harass others
to upload or generate Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of a third-party
to upload or generate Content that violates the rights of others (i.e., privacy, publicity, etc.)
for the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way
to upload Content that contains any viruses, worms or other malicious computer programming codes that may damage the Service
to generate or disseminate verifiably false information and/or Content with the purpose of harming others
to engage in activities that promote self-harm or may cause injury to any persons and/or property
to upload, share, post, email, transmit, query or otherwise make available through or to the Service any sensitive personal information, including financial, medical, or health data, government IDs, passport numbers, social security numbers, other government identifiers or data regarding children
for fully automated decision making that adversely impacts an individual’s legal rights or otherwise creates or modifies a binding, enforceable obligation
for any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against or harming individuals or groups based on online or offline social behavior or known or predicted personal or personality characteristics
to exploit any of the vulnerabilities of a specific group of persons based on their age, social, physical or mental characteristics (or for any use intended to, or which has the effect of, discriminating against individuals or groups based on legally protected characteristics or categories)
to engage in activities that may significantly affect the wellbeing of others, such as providing medical advice and medical results interpretation without seeking input from a licensed professional
